This week we are sharing the rest of our conversation with Shanaz Ikonne who is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist in Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Texas-Dallas and a Master of Science in Counseling from University of North Texas. She currently has a private practice based in Texas where she focuses on working with high-functioning, driven individuals like moms, entrepreneurs, business professionals and leaders specifically on things like stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.
